Made of Hands sells handmade crochet and knitted products — including beanies, mufflers, gloves, socks, bags, hair accessories, keychains, and amigurumi plushies — crafted entirely by hand by our women artisans in Uttarakhand.
Handmade nature of our products: Because every product is made by hand and not by machine, there may be slight variations in colour, stitch tension, sizing, or finish between individual pieces. These variations are a natural and inherent characteristic of handcraft and are not defects. Product images on our website are representative and may differ slightly from the actual item you receive due to photography lighting, screen calibration, or natural handmade variation.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any region at any time, without prior notice.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. If a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will issue a full refund in such cases.

As a reminder: we accept returns only on physically damaged or incorrectly shipped items, within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video as proof. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with natural handmade variation.
